This guide reviews the process of resetting your password or unlocking your account through the OneLogin portal. Whether you forgot your password, got locked out, or your password expired, you have the ability to reset your password without waiting on the IT Support team to get back to you.
Expired or Forgotten Password?
Navigate to empowerme.onelogin.com
Select "Forgot Password"
Enter your email address and hit Continue:
Check the box and complete the reCAPTCHA process to confirm you are a human:
Select OneLogin Security Questions
Correctly answer your security question and hit Continue:
You will then be asked to set a new password. Make sure to hit "Show" on the right side to confirm there are no typos prior to submitting:
Accidentally locked your account?
The same process applies to accidental account lockouts. If you receive a message that your account is locked, simply select Try Again and follow the security prompts as shown above.
