It is likely that a therapist NOT IN YOUR REGION has clocked into a location IN YOUR REGION or has scheduled a patient at the wrong location. Please reach out to the therapist and ask them to correct their incorrect data. If you have tried the above and are still having issues, email businessintellligence@empowerme.com with all pertinent information to open a ticket for investigation. |
