This guide walks iPad users how to add the NetHealth Point of Care (POC) app to their iPads home screen in the event that they do not already have one, theirs went away, or their old icon stopped working.
To log into NetHealth POC:
- Open iPad Settings
and scroll down on the left-hand side until you see Safari (might be under the Applications section). Open the Safari section and scroll down on the right-hand side until you see "Clear History and Website Data" - Choose "All History" as the timeframe and hit "Clear History"
- Open your browser (Chrome
or Safari
, both will work) and go to empowerme.onelogin.com
- Log into your account with your work email (xxx@empowerme.com) and password.
- After you've logged in, open NetHealth POC (not NetHealth COM) then tap the square arrow
icon in the top right of the screen. Scroll down on the menu that appears and hit "Add to Home Screen" and hit "Add"
- Open the Point of Care app icon
