This guide walks through some potential fixes to a NetHealth POC Invalid Credential error. If a user is seeing Invalid credentials error when attempting to upload visit details to the Net Health server, they may have input an incorrect PIN and the browser is saving it in cache.
This has successfully been resolved in the past by:

4. Relaunching the browser and Net Health POC

6. Reattempt upload to server
