While working with IT or Clinical Support, they may occasionally ask that you clear your NetHealth application data as a troubleshooting step. This guide walks through the process of clearing your NetHealth application data. Please only do so as a troubleshooting step if you are experiencing issues with your NetHealth application.
Prerequisites:
You must make sure that you have uploaded all of your documentation to the server prior to clearing data. All non-uploaded data will be deleted by this process.
Instructions:
- With NetHealth open, locate and select the three vertical lines at the top right of the application:
- In the right hand menu that opens, select "Clear my Data":
- Select "Yes" in the confirm pop up:
- The application will re-launch after clearing it's data.
